Job Description
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Service Catalog Design and Development
- IT Request Management process support/governance
- IT Knowledge Management process support/governance

Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation
- Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
- Experience in developing complex catalog items
- Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
- Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
- Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
- Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
- Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
- Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
- Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes.
- Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that configuration items and processes are current.
- Creating and implementing custom widgets, complex pages, Resolving UI performance bottlenecks, Taxonomies and portal content.
